Evening skincare routine

I have been swamped in work and that's why I've been neglecting my blog, I apologise, I will be making it more frequent I promise! This blog is based on what I do in the evenings regarding my skin care routine and they're such simple and cheap products as well - you don't need to be spending a lot of money, when these products are just as good. So, above is Clean & Clear blackhead clearing, Garnier deep pore unclogging wash, Simple facial toner and Olay essentials night cream.

The first thing I do is was my face with cold water, I then squeeze a small amount of the face wash in to the palm of my hand and then softly massage the wash on to my face. This is incredible, it removes every trace of make up worn that day, it unclogs your pores and leaves your face feeling really refreshed and soft. It has a slight smell of mint which remains on your skin, it hasn't irritated my skin which is perfect as I sometimes have sensitive skin. The bottle costs around £4.99, but it's so worth it as it lasts for a very long time, you can buy it anywhere!

After patting my face down with a dry towel, I take a cotton pad and first use the Clean & Clear blackhead clearing - I don't actually have many blackheads, they're barely visible but I'm paranoid. The cleanser does not only get rid of blackheads but it removes any dirt in the skin and is only £2.99! It's not oily, it can be used for sensitive or dry skin as well as any type of skin. Thereafter, I use the Simple facial toner which makes my face feel refreshed and clean. It leaves your skin so soft and you feel healthy.

I then finally finish off by using my Olay night cream, which just hydrates the skin during the night, it prevents it from becoming dry and leaves the skin looking nice and healthy. This is a little expensive, but it's extremely worth it as it makes such a difference.

One last thing, I believe that girls and boys should have a skincare routine, otherwise the skin starts to become spotty, not healthy, could become dry or oily and you can prevent these symptoms with such simple products. I also don't recommend face wipes, it leaves your face red and raw and dry, as well as not completely removing the make up - i hate them.

  1. It looks like you have a good routine down! I can't stand facial cleansing wipes either; no matter what I never feel like they actually clean my face, and they not only leave a random oily residue but they also make my skin super dry as well.
