The Video | Simple Bun & Plait Hair Tutorial

It's Sunday which means another video day! I have uploaded a hair tutorial for you. Someone asked me to -re-create the hairstyle that was in my recent haul video and I obeyed! So, if you'd rather just watch the video on how to do it, then you can go here and now! But, I shall also explain below the steps on how to create the above look.

  1. Get small section of hair at the front of your head, if you have a fringe then use that if not then it doesn't matter. Start as close to the head or root as you can and split that small section of hair in to three and start doing a plait. After creating the beginning of the plait, add some more piece of hair to your three strands, so the plait will gradually get thicker and hopefully, your whole fringe will be in the plait/ that section of hair.
  2. Thereafter, push a large section of your hair to the opposite side and grip your plait in to place, then get the hair you moved and put that over the grips, now the grips will be hidden so the plait looks like it's magically in place.
  3. Then flip your hair over and hold it as if you're going to put it into a ponytail. Start twisting and wrapping your hair in to a bun and use a hair band to hold that in to place. To make it more secure place some grips in to the bun.
  4. If you want to make it messier then pull some strands out of your hair et voila, you have le finished look!
Sorry if I haven't explained that very well but, if you're completely lost, just take a look at the video!

Let me know if you've given this look a go and tweet/instagram/comment me!
