The Skincare | Origins Ginzing Moisturiser

It is no secret that I am partial to buying lots of beauty products and I do obsess over such things, however, when it comes to skincare I somehow am able to constrain myself. Although, when Origins came out with the Ginzing Moisturiser, after much debating and reading through reviews I went down to Boots and purchased one for myself.

I'd never used much of Origins products before this one and it's converted me and has encouraged me to branch out and try some more. I'm wondering whether to purchase the Ginzing Eye Cream, but I've never suffered from puffy eyes or major darck circles *touch wood*, however I hear wonderous things about it. I always try to find the daily moisturiser that is going to be the 'one' for me and have never found it, but the Ginzing Moisturiser may be it at the minute.

What I like about thus particular moisturiser is that its consistency is very light and because it's an oil free formula, it almost feels like a gel. When applying it's so easy and just glides on to the face, plus you only need a little as it goes a long way. The ingredients are extremely boosting for the skin such as caffeine and obviously, GinZing. It doesn't have a horrible smell which some moisturisers have, it's a fruity and vibrant smell which instantly reminds me of Terry's Chocolate Orange. This is a must have for the morning and instantly perks me up and it brightens the skin immensely.

It's not sticky or thick, so it's brilliant for when I want to apply my foundation; I don't feel as if I have to wait for my face to dry or feel heavy. It's great for my normal to oily skin as it helps with keeping shine away, but I don't use this as my night moisturiser as I find for night time I need something more calming, hydrating and skin-fixing. Yet, this is perfect for the morning in my books.

  1. I've never purchased anything from origins but have recently been looking into purchasing a new face moisturiser.. I always suffer with really dry skin in the winter!

This looks lovely so may have to give it a go.
