The Video | Best Of 2013: Makeup, Tools & Nails

I have been so excited to film my favourites from the last twelve months. So, within the video are my top-tip favourites, the creme-de-la-creme throughout the previous year; ones which have been jotted in my notes to purchase again or which are ones that are permanently bought whenever I'm out shopping. In this video I'm talking about makeup, tools and nails, but then next week I'll be talking about skincare, bodycare and haircare - oh what fun! If the video is not your thing or you don't want to watch, I've picked my favourite five from the bunch for you:

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum: One of my most loved drugstore foundations ever. It achieves a flawless complexion on anyone, with a colour range which suits everybody. I will always turn to this in a heartbeat.

SLEEK Blush-By-Three in 'Lace': It's clear that I am a blusher junkie, how I didn't come across this sooner I don't know! With the choice of three, it can suit any look that you're going for. They're the perfect shades of orange/pink/coral - my favourite.

MAC Eyeshadow in 'Concrete': It's no secret that at the beginning of the year, my brows were untamed and awful. After some grooming and filling in with this eyeshadow, they could give Cara a run for her money (well.. now I'm over-exaggerating), but you get the idea. It matches my eyebrow colour perfectly and just makes them look brill!
Rimmel Retro Glam Mascara: Hello non-existent eyelashes. This is the perfect mascara for me, for everyone, go get it. It lengthens and volumises making you look like Bambi, it doesn't smudge, but is easy to swipe off with eye makeup remover.
Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in '107': Who wouldn't have this in their favourites of the year? I think everyone and their mum has this product. This was my go-to lipstick for so long throughout the year, it was my staple and probably will stay that way. A dark, plummy/red which makes you have that just-bitten, vampy look.
If you have some free time or simply want to sit back with a tea, then you can watch all my favourites here.
