The Lifestyle | Ten Things On My 'Life To - Do List'

If you watch my youtube videos, you'll know that I made myself some goals to complete in 2014, which were sort of resolutions but not (HERE). Well, although they're ones I want to complete within the year, I was thinking that I'd like to create some goals to achieve throughout my whole life or continue to keep doing that 'thing'.. does that make sense? So, I'm going to share with you a small list of things that I'm aiming to do more of in my life or actually start doing. 
  1. Exercise & less sugar - I'm not a fan of sweets, but you all know I'm partial to a chocolate bar or five. However, I've been eating less and less chocolate now and I feel so much better, I do miss it (how sad do I sound?) and i do treat myself to some dark chocolate, but it has kept my headaches at bay. I do exercise but I'd love to do more or at least do some classes, I used to do pilates, aerobics and yoga, but had to stop as I moved away from that gym, so I'd love to go back to doing those things.

  2. Avoid Technology before bed - Being a person who loves all things social media, I can be attached to the internet on instagram, youtube, bloglovin', tumblr etc for as long as I want. But, instead of checking my insta-feed before bed, I'd like to shut myself off have a bath or shower, read and relax, no tv or wifi. 

  3. Be Kind - I think it's easy for people to be nasty about people and I'm not saying I'm like that, but I wouldn't say I'm a saint either. I am very thoughtful and caring of people, but do tend to not think before I speak. Being on youtube has opened my eyes at how horrible people can be, someone commented on a video 'I don't like this girl, her face pisses me off'. It was just so weird and unnecessary for that person to write that and I would never 'troll' anyone, therefore I want to be kinder and less judgemental. 

  4. Go outside - I've been going on really long walks and mucking out Rupert's horses and I've really enjoyed it. The walks have gotten longer and longer and the dogs love it. As the weather is getting better, it makes it more enjoyable. However, even if it's super cold outside in the Winter, nothing is stopping me from wrapping up warm with layers and heading outside.
  5. Sing - I love singing and at the moment, singing in the shower and whilst cooking just isn't enough at the moment. So, I might invest in some singing lessons but not so keen on that idea, might just have to belt it all out whilst in the car with Rupert.. poor him. 

  6. Drink Water - This is so important for everybody and I love water, I know that might seem weird but I really do love it. I try to drink as much water a day, at the moment I'd say I drink about just over half a litre, but I'd like to up that to a litre a day! 

  7. Save Money - This is a hard one and it just seems impossible at times when there are so many items or products that I just want! But, if I'm wanting to go on to bigger things, like travel, then I need to save. This is also something that needs to happen throughout my life!

  8. Read a play a week, being a drama fanatic this seems like a bright idea!

  9. New Recipes - I love cooking and I love all things healthy, nothing too pudgy or heavy for my tummy as that makes me feel so flat afterwards. I love salads, cous cous, pita bread, roasted vegetable tarts, tuna steaks, asparagus etc you get my drift! Therefore, I want to find lots of new recipes that are healthy but still delicious and filling. 

  10. Positive - As always this is an aim that I have in every list possible, I find it hard to stay positive and need/must remind myself to look on the bright side. I need to be more of a Tigger than an Eeyore!

  3. All of these are on my list but I'm especially paying attention to keeping positivity in my life and expelling all things negative. Also avoiding technology before bed, it keeps me awake for far too long!

  9. My list is basically the same haha some weeks I succeed into doing it and some other weeks I just feel like eating a huge chocolate muffin while being on the internet and not getting out of my bedroom ! Hope you'll enjoy these challenges you gave to yourself (:
