The Makeup | NARS Copacabana Illuminator

I'm just going to tell you now that I am utterly obsessed with this product and you will be too! At £22 I wasn't sure that this was going to be worth it, so when ASOS sent me a discount code, I used that to purchase this for a lot cheaper than usual. After watching Hannah Maggs on youtube, she spoke of the NARS Copacabana Illuminator  which she mixed in with her foundation to create her foundation base (which is gorgeous btw..). This influenced me to give it a go by myself as I wanted to be able to create a flawless, glowy and dewy base too.

At first I used this as an illuminator and applied to the top of my cheekbones, cupid's bow, under the brows and down my nose. I did like it, but didn't feel I was using it to its full potential, the product still look beautiful on the skin but I felt like I could do a lot more with it. So, I then decided to mix this with my foundation and I fell in love with how the finish looked. As you can see, it has a pearlescent finish and once blended in, it completely illuminates your complexion and leaves me looking glowy and fresh too. But if you just want specific areas on the face to look highlighted then of course, do what I did at first as that still left a beautiful finish.

This has become a staple in my makeup routine, where I mix it in with my foundation every morning and I have noticed a massive difference to my makeup look compared to how it was before I started using the product. I love how it brightens my face and leaves me looking dewy and glowy.
