Downtown Tutorial, Delicious Kit Kats & Daily Lip

I thought I would start putting a post together letting you in on a few favourite things from the week, whether it's beauty, fashion or miscellaneous lifestyle-ness! If you like it, we'll stick with it, if not.. well, we'll cross that bridge when it comes to it! So, here are five products, videos, foods and more that I've loved this week.

1. Becoming Lady Edith with Lisa Eldridge. I am a big lover of 'Downtown Abbey' and when I saw this video in my subscription box I was very excited. Immediately clicked on it and was transported to Lisa Eldridge's channel, here she teaches how to create the character, Lady Edith's makeup. The fact that she also uses the actual actress who plays 'Edith' was very exciting too, she also let us in on a few Downtown secrets!

2. A New Rimmel Lipstick Favourite. Move over 107, I've converted to the Rimmel Kate lasting Finish Lipstick in '31'. It's just a tad more moisturising which means it's not drying in the slightest, with amazing pigmentation and a creamy formula. I like wearing this as if it were a 'wine stain', I blot it on the lips and rub in with my finger tips and repeat. The finish is gorgeous, try it out for yourselves!

3. Obsessed with Kit Kat Chunky in Peanut Butter. I have no idea why I've become addicted to these but I just am. You know I'm a chocolate lover anyway, but when I saw this I knew I had to try it out and there's no going back. If you're a lover of chocolate and peanut butter, Kit Kat Chunky in Peanut Butter is the one for you. Obsessed and addicted.

4. A New Addition to the Blusher Draw. I was kindly sent the new Benefit Majorette by the lovely Benefit team and I've made my mind up about it. I won't go in to too much detail as a future video and full review will be going up of this shortly. All I'm going to say is that I'm a blusher fan, I love the stuff and you'll want this if you have a blush addiction, not to mention that the scent is just delicious.

5. Mixed Feelings About the Book. I've been reading 'The Bell Jar' by Sylvia Plath and I'm unsure what to think of it. At the beginning I was really enjoying it, but now I'm over half way I'm sort of a bit bored. I will keep you updated I'm sure, but I think I really wanted to like it so just assumed I would, however now i'm reading it.. I may have changed my mind. Have any of you read it?
