Hello 2015


Why hello 2015, I know we're already two and a bit weeks in, but I still haven't acknowledged that you arrived. Despite my younger self thinking at this time we'd have flying cars and houses that did everything for you, I am still impressed with what we've achieved so far, by "we" I do mean, technology. I can't believe that this year I'll be turning the big 20, (I'm still a disney fanatic and probably act the age of 10) and I'm slightly anxious about what this year is going to bring. The stretch ahead is so unknown to me, I reckon I should try and bring some structure it, not resolutions, but something to think about during the year. 

2015 THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER 

START FLOSSING. Bit of a strange one, but my dentist told me that I needed to start flossing. At first, I was really good and then a couple of weeks later, I flopped. I really hate the feeling of flossing, plus it makes my gums bleed, is that normal? However, if the dentist said it's a must have, I better get to it. 

EAT BETTER. I've always had issues with eating, I either go from one extreme to the other. Last year, I attempted to cut out snacking which worked well, it's true that I did go through various health kicks and then there were times where I just had to eat that whole pizza. I don't necessarily want to lose weight (hey, I woke up this morning and magically lost 3 pounds woop), but I want to feel better inside and be more aware of what I'm putting in my body. Time for more fruit and veg on the plate, over chocolate and snacky things. 

GET MOVING. Last year, I went through a stage of running every morning for a couple of weeks and then Winter kicked in and it was Auf Wiedersehen to the light which meant that I stopped. Again, I want to feel better on the inside and it's a great way of starting your day. It doesn't necessarily have to be running, maybe even a 30 minute walk, just something to get me off my trunk. 

TRAVEL MORE. Not including London as I go there every week, but, I did get to travel quite a bit last year, but not as much as I'd like to. I'd love to go and explore lots of different places this year, however it does cost quite a bit of moolah. I also want to go back to Brighton and see my mum, it's been a long while and I miss her a lot. 

ACTUALLY SAVE. This is a must-have, hopefully I'm off to university in September, so I want to make sure that I'm going to be comfortable financially. This means cutting off buying things I really don't need, like that MAC lipstick or that ZARA jumper. I'm going to try and make sure that I only buy things that I really need and resist the urge to purchase anything luxurious, there'll be a time and a place for those things and at the moment it's not right now. 

YOUTUBE & BLOG GOALS: I want to try and attempt to upload everyday on my blog this year, this is going to be difficult, or at least try and blog as much as I can. I also want to teach myself some HTML bits and hopefully change the look of my blog. I would like to get that kick back in to filming, as I feel that I've lost it and would also like to do some more vlogging as it seems that you guys like those videos from me! 

LIFE. Try and figure out what the heck I want to do. 

Better get started on these 2015, we've got work to do...
