Empties #4 - Products I've Used Up

Usually, I post empties videos on my channel, but I wasn't totally feeling it and thought I would simply share it with you all on the blog. If you haven't seen any of the others here's my first, second and third instalment of empty product videos. So, here are my thoughts on the products that I managed to finish...

Mitchum Advanced 48hr deodorant... I have three empty cans of these, it's safe to say that this is my staple deodorant and probably will be forever. First of all, it's the cheapest out of the bunch which is crazy and also, it really does work. I can't say whether it lasts the full 48 hours, but I can tell you that it lasts the hours I wear it for. It doesn't leave any white stains and doesn't leave a powdery residue once sprayed, which I hate.

La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo +... I've been using this as my moisturiser for yonks and I have two of these empty to prove it. I only apply a small amount to the face and neck, it provides moisture, corrects appearance of blemishes, controls shine and helps with pigmentation. I highly recommend, but I will say that it doesn't work overnight, you do have to give it some time to do its work.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish... This will always be a favourite of mine and whenever I can I'll purchase this. It's amazing at cleansing the skin without being harsh and leaving any redness after washing. I really like the smell and I don't find it overpowering, whereas some people do. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and clear leaving no trace of makeup afterwards.

The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Oil... I have a full review of the product here, but I will say that when everyone was raving about it, I thought it was average. Yes, it did clear away my makeup and it's very affordable, I just preferred my other cleansing balms over this one. Don't get me wrong, it's a fabulous cleanser and I would use it again, but have other favourites too!

Boots Botanics Cleanser, Eye Cream & Eye Makeup Remover... This is such a great, affordable skincare range. I've done a whole detailed review over here, and i'm going to keep it short and sweet - I love this range and there products are amazing.

Now, before this post gets way too long, I'll summarise the other empty products that I've used. I'm constantly in love with moroccan oil, so it was no surprise that I finished the Organix Moroccan Argan Oil. I absolutely fell in love with The Body Shop Cocoa Butter and was so upset when it finished, it's so moisturising and nourishing to the skin. In terms of eyes, I finished the yesto cucumbers soothing eye gel and unfortunately, I didn't rate it and wouldn't use it again. The serum that I constantly lust over is the Indeed Labs Pepta-Bright, the trouble is that it's so expensive, otherwise I'd wear it forever and ever! Last of all, I finished the Bourjois Happy Light Matte Serum Primer, I highly recommend this primer, it made my makeup last longer, gave a smoother canvas to start with and was overall fab.
