Drugstore Makeup For Spring

I am all about the light base and hardly any makeup when the weather starts to get warmer, there's something about feeling fresh in the Spring that makes me want to be rid of the heavy base and eye makeup. What with my current eye situation (allergic reaction to nickel on my neck - I know!) I've hardly been wearing any eye makeup, just makeup. So, the current face is a bit different to the one that I was sporting with this look - I'm actually considering going out without makeup on some days, which is another thing, skincare becomes even more important at this time of year as I want to be able to have the option of just wearing nothing.. makeup wise. I actually did a makeup look using all the products pictured above on my youtube channel and used a few drugstore favourites of mine.

I'm absolutely loving the Max Factor Creme Puff Blush which should be no surprise to you as I raved about it on the blog before, well it's still going strong and I'm using it daily. Although I've only been using a hint of concealer as of late, I was a little obsessed with the Bourjois 123 CC Cream for a long time, it's light, yet still has the coverage I craved I also stepped away from the nude lip and went for a bright, coral lip in the form of a Rimmel Kate Moss option which is always going to be a winner. Pink lips and cheeks for Spring with a hint of bronzer, it's pretty and fresh and a look which I'll be rocking for a while.
